Beauty Bit, Glow From Within

Illustrated by Jacqueline Davis Moranti

The winter season has a way of treating our skin very harshly. All of the whips from the wind unleashes a nasty little dry spell, not so great! What's a girl to do in cold weather? I've tried plenty of lotions, body oils, butters, and creams with not much luck or success in beating the dry spell. Too many skin moisturizers claim supple skin but most just lasted for a short time before you find ashy patches of skin within hours! Keeping your skin hydrated, balanced and smooth is quite a challenge year round but this season is particularly more. Luckily, I stumbled upon a game changer, Glow For A Cause!

Glow For A Cause is the single product I'm using this season to keep my skin supple and moisturized from old man Winter's grip! GFAC is packed with luxuriously rich oils such as coconut, vitamin E, jojoba and sunflower oil. The one ingredient that surprised me was beeswax, I'm familiar with it in my lip balms and makeup products but who knew that it would be the ingredient to really make body butters and lotions much more effective?! It's also free of parabens and phthalates that don't weigh the cream down. The consistency is like that of fresh whipped cream used for baking purposes, super rich and scented like the heavens!

The best part about GFAC is that it gives 5% of it's proceeds to it's partnered non- profit organizations. Not only are you pampering yourself, but you're also giving back to the community, and that's what you call beauty on the inside and out! Check out their site to read about their partnered non- profit organizations.

The beauty industry has been quietly undergoing a natural revolution, products without the preservative ingredients are just as effective and innovative as it's mainstream counterparts, Glow For A Cause is proving to be a groundbreaking brand to add to your beauty arsenal for 2017! My skin is kissing those dry spells goodbye already! Dear readers, how do you keep your skin looking beautiful and bright during the winter season?
