ClassPass Philly

I love fitness, there's no doubt that infusing fitness into your everyday life can have a positive outcome on your health. Everything under the sun from yoga to kickboxing can be the boost you need, the only thing with that is finding a studio that fits your needs and budget! As a member of a gym, I'm well suited with weights and machines but not too many fitness classes to choose from. That's where ClassPass comes in! 




ClassPass is revolutionizing the way we sign up for fitness classes by letting you try all of them out for one set price, for the entire month. One pass with unlimited opportunities to get better each day! I truly love this idea, rather than becoming a member to several different studios with bill payments for each one. The only draw back may be that you only get to schedule classes at one studio three times per week. That doesn't really phase me because it pushes me to try other classes. 

I've already tried several different studios since ClassPass's launch in Philly, in December. I'll admit, I'm in love with ClassPass! As a weightlifter, it's important to make sure you inject other routines into your schedule to insure that you give your body opportunity to stretch, relax, and maintain flexibility to help your short and long twitch muscle movements. Some of my favorite studios are Stay Fly Muay Thai, Philly Power Yoga & Thrive Pilates, Bikram Yoga, and Lithe Method. This is also a great way for me to add more cardio routines into my schedule, in a much more fun way.

If you're looking for a way to ease yourself into fitness, then I recommend for you to check out ClassPass. They have expanded to many cities along the USA and tons of studios are added every week. Dear readers, I'd love to know if you have tried ClassPass?

  1. I recently started attending the gym (Golds Gym) and I really like it. :)
    I've never heard of ClassPass before, but I'm more of a happy loner at the gym. Hahaha

  2. I'm still a member at a gym, but I also take classes through ClassPass as a way to round out my fitness experience. It's really great!
