One day, while I was hanging out with one of my bffs, I noticed she was playing this beautiful song on her car radio. It was a woman's sultry voice, crooning about love lost and new found love, it just resonated so well with me that I had to find out who it was! The amazing singer behind the song was Lianne La Havas. Me with my curious mindset, I had to find out more about her and of course listen to her album 20 times that day!

Lianne La Havas, a petite fashionista emerged on the radar when she performed at the Moschino Cheap & Chic F/W 2012 fashion show, which also displayed her taste for a good sense of style.   La Havas is all about quirky prints, casual silhouettes and cat eyes. She is also an adamant thrift shopper, in an interview she was asked about where she usually goes shopping and her answer was that she's more about stretching her money. To be able to mix high end clothing with low end clothing is truly a skill that not many can accomplish and she wears it all with a major dose of confidence! Lianne La Havas also has a beautiful head of hair! She's giving me major inspiration for how I can style my own hair, her signature side bun is something I definitely want to try!

Lianne La havas is a major style star, she's got a playful sense of style yet still put together and ever since hearing her music for the first time, i've started noticing her more often. She has even been featured on Who What Wear's blog because of her innate sensibility! I have a feeling this confident fashionista will be big someday soon, so check her out and let me know what you think of her style and music!
