The Beauty & Wellness Devices I Still Use (And Actually Swear By)

The HigherDose Sauna Blanket

If there’s one wellness device I recommend over and over again, it’s this one from Higherdose! Their sauna blanket became part of my weekly reset routine during a season where I was craving more intentional self care moments at home. There’s something about wrapping yourself up, sweating out stress, and forcing yourself to unplug for 30-45 mins that feels deeply restorative.

What I love most is that it gives me the experience of a wellness spa day without leaving my apartment. I usually pair it with:

  • a podcast or calming playlist
  • lavender or eucalyptus oil
  • herbal tea
  • low lighting
  • absolutely no notifications

Beyond relaxation, I genuinely notice:

  • better sleep
  • reduced bloating
  • muscle recovery after workouts
  • clearer skin when I’m consistent

It’s one of the few wellness investments that still feels worth it every single time I use it.

The HigherDose Red Light Face Mask

I’ll admit it, I originally got interested in red light therapy because it looked cool. Very “wellness girl in her futuristic era.” But after using it consistently, I understood why people swear by it. This device became my favorite low effort skincare step because it makes my skin look calmer (barrier support), more even toned, and more refreshed,  especially during stressful weeks when my skin decides to reflect every life decision I’ve ever made!

I love using it:

  • while journaling
  • editing content
  • answering emails
  • or during a nighttime wind down routine (my usual)

It turns skincare into a ritual instead of another task. Also, when the mask is paired with the Glow serum, your skin becomes activated by red light therapy to enhance its effects!

The Revomadic Wave Plate

This has become one of my favorite wellness tools for movement and recovery days. What I love about the wave plate is that it makes wellness feel accessible even on lower energy days when I don’t necessarily want to do an intense workout. Whether I’m stretching, doing light movement, or just taking a few minutes to reconnect with my body, it adds an extra layer to my routine that feels energizing without being overwhelming.

It’s also one of those devices that makes me feel like I’m romanticizing wellness in the best way possible, very much “main character at a luxury recovery studio,” except I’m at home in oversized socks!

The Revomadic Red Light Cup Device

This device honestly feels like a hidden gem in my wellness lineup. I’ve become really drawn to tools that help create intentional moments throughout the day, and this red light cup device does exactly that. It’s compact, easy to incorporate into my routine, and gives me another way to prioritize recovery and wellness without needing a full spa setup every time.

I especially love using it during slower evenings when I’m trying to unwind, reset, and be more mindful about carving out moments for myself instead of constantly being in work mode. The older I get, the more I realize wellness isn’t always about doing more, sometimes it’s just about creating small rituals you genuinely look forward to.

The Laduora Red Light Scalp Device

As someone who genuinely cares about scalp health and hair wellness, this device became a really easy addition to my routine. I love that it combines self care with intentional hair care because healthy hair really does start at the scalp. Using the red light scalp device feels incredibly relaxing, almost like giving myself a mini scalp massage after a long day!

I reach for it during wash days or when resetting my hair throughout the week, when I want to feel a little extra put together and cared for. It turns hair care from a chore into an actual ritual and honestly, anything that makes wash day feel more luxurious is a win for me.

The BeautyBio Blue Light Suction Face Cleaner

This is one of those skincare devices that makes me feel both fascinated and slightly humbled every single time I use it. There’s something weirdly satisfying about seeing how much buildup, oil, and congestion can come out of your skin even when you thought your cleansing routine was solid. The blue light feature makes it feel even more elevated and spa-like while helping my skin feel deeply cleaned without completely stripping it.

I especially love using this before:
  • skincare prep nights
  • self-care Sundays
  • content shoots
  • anytime my skin feels congested and needs a reset

It gives me that fresh-facial feeling at home, which, considering facial prices lately, feels like a financial wellness device too!

The Banish Microneedle Stamp Tool

This is probably the device in my routine that makes me feel the most like I’m secretly running my own tiny skincare lab at home. I started incorporating the microneedle stamp tool because I wanted to be more intentional about texture, post breakout marks/ hyperpigmentation, overall skin appearance.

What I appreciate most is that it encourages me to really focus on skincare as a process instead of expecting overnight results. It feels less like chasing perfection and more like investing in the long game of healthy skin. I usually pair it with a very calming nighttime routine because microneedling nights instantly become “serious self-care evenings” in my home. Clean sheets, oversized hoodie, hydration, no stress allowed.

Jolie Filtered Shower Head

This is one of those products that quietly changes everything. I didn’t realize how much HARD water was affecting my hair and skin until I switched to a filtered shower head. After consistent use, I noticed softer skin, less dryness, shinier hair and less irritation overall! As someone with textured hair, anything that helps reduce dryness and maintain moisture is immediately important to me. It also somehow makes showers feel more luxurious, like your bathroom suddenly got a tiny upgrade without renovating anything!

Sometimes wellness is glamorous. Sometimes wellness is just CLEANER water.

Facial Steamer

This is my underrated favorite. I use my facial steamer mostly when I want to create a true spa-at-home moment. It instantly makes skincare feel elevated and intentional, especially before masks or exfoliating treatments. There’s also something nostalgic and calming about steam, it forces you to pause for a second instead of rushing through your routine.

Bonus: it makes me feel like I know secrets. Like I belong in a chic robe in an expensive hotel spa somewhere!

I’ve realized that the best beauty and wellness devices aren’t necessarily the newest or most viral ones. The best ones are the products that seamlessly become part of your lifestyle, the ones you continue reaching for long after the excitement wears off. For me, these devices represent more than beauty or aesthetics. They create moments to slow down, reset, and take care of myself intentionally.

Anddddd in a world that constantly pushes productivity, sometimes the most luxurious thing you can do is simply make time for yourself. Let me know in the comments if you've used any of these and if you love them as much as I do!
