Beauty Bit, Seventh Generation

If you're like me, during the summer months you like to enjoy a lot of time outdoors. Swimming, jogging, playing, traveling, climbing and many more actions that we make to fully benefit our time in the sun. One very important action that we tend to forget is to shake up our skincare routine. In the summer, since many of us are spending time outdoors having fun, we might forget to add an extra step to ensure our skin's nourishment. The best way to optimize the skin we're in is by using a serum, in conjecture with sunscreen of course! Serums are concentrated with powerful ingredients that delve deeply into your skin.

I've recently been using Seventh Generation's all natural skin boosting serum, for the past couple of weeks. I have to say, I really enjoy using it, and it really delivers! There are 6 different blends, customized for your needs. I've been using the "Soothing" formula to help calm my skin during this crazy heat wave I've been experiencing here, in Philly. I love that the ingredients are all plant based and free of synthetic anything! I've been using it twice a day, and my skin is noticeably reaping the benefits. My tone and texture has improved, and i've been reaching for my concealer tube less and less! Feels good when you don't have to cover up anything! Dear readers, what do you do differently for your summer skincare routine? Do you use a serum?
